Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Doro platform (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”), including all policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or transacting.
• The Platform may refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion for non-compliance.

• Users do not need to register or create an account on the platform
• Users can upload their contact to the platform, to make it publicly available for potential customers or clients
• All activity under your account is your responsibility. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to hello@doro.africa.

• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy, credentials, and suitability of a service provider before engaging their services.
• You must not spam, deceive, harass, threaten, or intimidate service providers on the platform.
• You should promptly report any suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or inappropriate activity involving a vendor or service provider on the platform.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating honestly with service providers throughout your engagement.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your contact details.
• You must not engage in spamming, scams, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other deceptive or dishonest practices.
• You must provide your services professionally, reliably, and within the agreed timeframe.
• You must treat customers respectfully and communicate clearly and honestly throughout the service engagement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

• Misrepresenting your identity, contact, services, or intentions.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

• All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned or licensed by Doro Technology Solutions Ltd.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as available.” Doro does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Doro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use or transactions.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Doro Technology Solutions Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from:

• Violation of these TOS
• Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Use of the Platform

• Disputes should first be attempted to resolve directly with Doro via hello@doro.africa.
• Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
• Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts for any legal action arising from Platform use.

• Doro may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these TOS or other policies.
• Termination does not release users from financial obligations incurred prior to termination.

Doro reserves the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified via the Platform, email, phone or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated TOS.

Use of the Platform is also governed by Doro's Privacy Policy, and , incorporated herein by reference.
